Since our opening, we have been creating the mochi dessert industry in Poland.

Our desserts were created with customers in mind. Mrs. Liudmila Hlukhova, as the owner of Foka Mochi, has worked in the confectionery industry for a long time. We received a lot of inquiries about mochi from customers and we decided to make this product. It turned out to be a big challenge, a lot of time was spent on creating a product that would combine Japanese traditions, quality and taste. This creation was based on our mochi , which we continue to improve to this day, with the same quality of natural ingredients.

We develop both retail and wholesale sales in Warsaw and throughout Poland. For longer distances, we only use refrigerated cars, so our product is always fresh.

Our goal is to deliver our mochi to every customer in Poland, either by delivery or through restaurants, cafes, bistros and other partners.
