Ladies and Gentlemen,

Due to the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ) on May 25, 2018, European and national personal data protection standards will change.

In connection with the above, we would like to inform you that:

You have the right :
  1. access to your data and receiving a copy thereof;
  2. to rectify (correct) your data;
  3. to delete data;
  4. to limit their processing;
  5. object to further processing: a) "marketing" objection – you have the opportunity to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing. After exercising this right, we will stop processing your personal data for this purpose; b) objection due to a special situation – you can exercise this right, e.g. when we process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest for purposes other than direct marketing. Then, you should indicate to us your specific situation which, in your opinion, justifies our cessation of the processing covered by the objection. We will stop processing your personal data for this purpose, unless we demonstrate that the grounds for processing your personal data override your rights, or if your data is necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend claims;
  6. for data transfer;
  7. submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection).

You can exercise these rights by sending an application to the Company's registered office address or e-mail address: Fokamochi@gmail.com. The right to exercise your rights results from legal provisions and may depend on the legal basis for processing your data.

Your personal data will be processed by the Company for the following purposes:
  • a) conclusion and performance of a contract (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) to which you are a party, in accordance with the procedures applicable in the Company,
  • b) possible assertion of rights arising from the contract (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
  • c) fulfilling our legal obligations, including e.g. issuing invoices and accounting documents (pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
  • d) direct marketing,
  • e) creating analyses, summaries and statistics for the internal needs of the Company,
  • f) verification of payment credibility.

We process, among others: the following categories of your personal data: basic identification data, electronic identification data, solvency, financial transactions.

Your personal data will be processed for a period of time the validity of the contract, and after its termination or expiry of its validity - for the period of limitation of claims against the Company or the contractor.

The expected recipients of your personal data are: public institutions authorized to receive and process your personal data in accordance with applicable law; entities related by capital or person to the Company; other entities processing data on behalf of the administrator, as well as employees and associates of the Company or these entities - to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing these data.

Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude the contract. If you do not provide us with your personal data, we may refuse to conclude a contract with you. In order to facilitate business contacts, we may ask you to provide us with additional personal data.

We may ask you for your consent to process your personal data for a clearly and specifically defined purpose, other than the performance and implementation of the contract to which you are a party. You may withdraw your consent to us at any time. However, this withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data before the withdrawal of consent.

We received your personal data from you, or from the website of your company, or obtained from publicly available databases (including CEiIDG, KRS, etc.).

We currently do not plan to transfer your data outside the EEA (i.e. the European Economic Area, including the Member States of the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland).

We do not currently make automated decisions having a significant effect for you.
