5. The Seller ensures protection of personal data against access by third parties and their disclosure, with the reservation, however, that in certain situations data may be disclosed for reasons required by law.

7. In the event of a change in data, in particular the delivery address, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller about the change without undue delay.
8. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order and perform the contract.
9. The buyer's e-mail address or telephone number may be used by the seller to send commercial information electronically only after the buyer has given separate consent. Expressing consent is voluntary and is not necessary to place an order.
10. The buyer may also express separate consent to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of implementing marketing activities by the seller. Expressing consent is voluntary and is not necessary to conclude a contract.
